Founding Account Executive

We worked with Evinced via Global M success model. Evinced is the leading software for integrating accessibility into web and mobile development. They were looking to hire a Founding Account Executive who would manage client accounts, achieve sales targets, and nurture customer relationships.
Global M Talent Partner performed thorough sourcing, found a perfect candidate for this role and hired them into the organisation. 

Partnerships Director

Global M partnered up with AirDNA to work together through our success model. AirDNA is the leading provider of data and analytics for the short-term rental industry. They had the challenge of finding a Partnership Director who would focus on identifying potential partners, building relationships, and expanding opportunities.
Global M team sourced and curated potential candidates until the successful hire.

Head of Sales

📍 Barcelona
Delfos is an RPO client of ours. They are an energy tech focused on predictive maintenance solutions and digital transformation to improve performance in renewable energy generation.
Global M Talent Partner worked closely with Delfos founders to fully integrate into the team and understand their needs. We managed the end-to-end recruitment process and hired Head of Sales who focused Leading sales teams, setting targets, strategizing sales approaches.

VP Marketing

We worked with Eko through our RPO model for more than 2 years. Eko is a technology company that’s building a limitless platform for creating and publishing interactive, choice-driven video experiences.
Global M team was integrated into Eko’s hiring department and performed full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offering.  Our Talent Partner, working fully remotely from our South African office closed the VP of Marketing role and secured the hire.
