Global{M} worked with Procuros, a Hamburg-based startup aiming to offer a middleware solution to their clients. Procuros helps innovative businesses grow — by turning tedious manual B2B transactions into transparent and automated flows.

Procuros is a tech company that builds infrastructure to connect companies: their mission is to take the effort out of B2B transactions. Businesses of all sizes use the Procuros Integration Hub to automate their operations. A single connection to its platform empowers its customers to automatically exchange trade transactions with all their partners – spending less time on manual data entry, they can focus on their core mission.

Global{M} onboarded a remote Talent Partner to the IT department, working closely with the HR and technical teams. The roles included 4 x PHP Backend Engineers, a QA specialist role and an EDI Integration Specialist.

Why Global {M}

Global{M} was well suited to the Procuros project, understanding the needs of business, and the market in which they operate, providing quick and effective recruitment support, and ensuring a great hiring and candidate experience. The average client experience score achieved was 10 out of 10 (Typeform survey).


Procuros needed support in a rapid hiring process (mainly for the backend team). The initial challenge was to hire 2 Senior PHP Engineers in 2 months. Our Talent Partner aimed to hire around 4 highly qualified PHP Backend Engineers. The Tech stack required was PHP, Laravel (for the backend) and Javascript and React (for the FrontEnd).

After the main challenge, we were helping with the EDI and QA Specialist vacancy , doing active sourcing and interviews.


The Talent Partner had access to all recruitment tools (mainly Personio (ATS)), enabling them to manage direct applications, active search, referrals and submit candidates. Being branded as Procuros in emails as well as on LinkedIn, allowed them to identify suitable candidates and increase the level of interest in the project from prospective candidates. The Talent partner had the opportunity to visit the team in Hamburg (Germany) and that was a fabulous experience. Face-to-face contact is always a nice way to improve communication and engagement.
