Global{M} worked with the Tech Talent Acquisition team at Ohpen. Ohpen is the world’s first cloud-based core banking platform provider that offers modern core-banking capabilities for mortgage, loan, saving, investment, and pension products. As part of Ohpen’s diversity strategy, they build teams whose core values are aligned with their organization’s core values and whose independence is trusted in a flexible environment.

Victoria Krasnova (Global{M} Talent Partner), was fully embedded in the project, working closely with Ohpen’s Talent Acquisition team to hire across Tech Roles in Barcelona. Within 6 months, we achieved 12 offers and a total of 3 hires across Technical Roles.

Ohpen was looking for a Talent Partner that could fully understand their culture, values, and hiring needs. The Global{M} team was well suited to Ohpen’s project as it understood immediately the business needs and the environment in which Ohpen operates. We were able to provide a great hiring experience for all future prospects and collaborate on exciting upcoming projects.


During the hiring process, the Talent Partner worked closely with hiring managers to ensure the culture and values were aligned. After realigning with hiring managers on the main requirements for each role, our main challenge was to fill all roles with the best talent. A data-driven approach allowed us to find an optimal balance between the number of candidates sourced and number of accepted offers.


The Talent Partner had access to all tools provided by the client, which enabled them to manage direct applications, referrals, and submit candidates. Being branded as Ohpen allowed us to identify suitable candidates across the market and approach them on behalf of the company, increasing their level of interest in the project.
