Global{M} partnered with the Tech Talent Acquisition team at Forescout USA Division, to be part of recruiting for the new IT Hub, in Pune, India.  Forescout has the capacity to arm Fortune 1000 customers with extensive device intelligence, data, and policies to allow organizations across every industry to accurately classify risk, detect anomalies and quickly remediate cyberthreats without disruption of critical business assets. They have industry-leading technology to provide one of the most widely deployed, enterprise-class platforms at scale across IT, IoT and OT-managed and unmanaged devices. 

Global{M} onboarded ‘onsite’ Talent Partners to the project, working closely with Forescout’s Talent Acquisition team’s Hiring Managers out of the USA, Eindhoven, Saudi Arabia, Ireland, Australia and India, managing in a 360-degree process.

Why Global {M}

Global{M} was well suited to Forescout’s project, understanding the needs of the Hiring Managers, and the niche market in which they operate, and providing expertise to bring new ideas and ensure a great hiring experience. 

Challenge

Global M Talent Partners integrated with the existing team, ensuring the culture and values of this fast-growing company were matched and collaborated with Hiring Managers to get positive results. 

The biggest challenge was the inherent candidate commitment to start, owing to a culture of “dropping out” of signed acceptances at the last moment.

Approach

Talent Partners utilized Forescout ATS and LinkedIn portal, enabling one to manage direct messages and referrals, and submit candidates. Being branded as members of Forescout, on emails and LinkedIn, allowed us to identify suitable candidates across Europe and select target countries, and approach them on behalf of the company, increasing their interest in the project.
