Why Global M

Evinced was looking to hire an Enterprise Account Executive in London to help attract top new clients, with very specific requirements around candidates’ experience and background. Global M’s prior experience hiring similar go-to-market roles, combined with a Talent Partner based in London who understood the local market and its nuances, made us the ideal partner to deliver on this search.

The process

In 2024, we began our collaboration with Evinced on their first hire through a contingency recruitment model, as we were focusing on a single role. Our Talent Partner sourced candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and managed them through every hiring stage up to offer negotiations. To support their urgent hiring needs, we introduced a Trello board for tracking and held weekly catch-ups for alignment.

Our results

After successfully placing the first Account Executive, we reconnected with Evinced in summer 2025 to hire two more for the same role. We successfully hired 3 Enterprise Account Executives for Evinced, strengthening their sales team in London and supporting their goal of attracting top clients.
