The process
Our Talent Acquisition team worked closely with Baker’s leadership to clarify role requirements and values. We used a data-led sourcing strategy to attract and engage candidates in multiple markets. All candidates were pre-screened for skills, motivation, and cultural fit, ensuring a strong shortlist for every role.
Our results
We filled 10 roles across India, the Philippines, Brazil, Colombia, and Argentina, presenting over 40 qualified candidates. Successful hires included a Drafter, Estimation Manager, and eight Estimators. Our partnership continues as we support the expansion of their finance function.
