Kantox wanted to grow their Marketing and Sales teams across Europe, the US, and the UK, and needed a partner with both market expertise and hands-on support. With our Talent Partners based in Barcelona, we could attend their office and connect directly with the team, while leveraging our experience and networks in these key markets to deliver top talent efficiently.

We onboarded Global M Talent Partners through our RPO model, fully integrating them into Kantox’s internal team and systems. Our partners managed recruitment for Account Executive, Customer Success, and BDR roles across multiple locations, acting as an extension of Kantox’s hiring team.
