Quartz needed to make fast hires for their engineering team and required a partner who could deliver quickly. We provided a recruiter who quickly began sourcing and screening candidates before submitting them to Quartz for interviews. To support engagement, we helped craft an effective outreach message and ensured close collaboration through weekly catch-ups, keeping alignment strong and feedback prompt throughout the hiring process.

Nuestros resultados

We successfully delivered 3 key hires for Quartz: a Tech Lead, a Frontend Developer, and a Backend Developer (Kotlin). Our efficient collaboration and strong candidate network helped strengthen their engineering team. The partnership has been so effective that we are renewing our collaboration in September 2025 to support additional hiring, starting with a Frontend Engineer.
