Celonis needed to scale hiring quickly across technology, value engineering, commercial and sales teams in several regions at once. Global M has partnered with Celonis for over 3 years, providing remote Talent Partners who work as an extension of the Celonis Talent Acquisition team.
El proceso
Our remote Talent Partners run embedded recruitment projects across Europe, LATAM, APAC and the USA. Roles hired include Value and Implementation Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, Account Executives, a Marketing Analytics and Insight Manager, a Workplace Regional Manager and Business Analysts.
Nuestros resultados
We successfully made 300 hires across 200 roles, sourcing 1,500 candidates and conducting 500 interviews, including 160+ hires in 12 months (25/26 financial year). We cut time-to-hire from 90 to 60 days, making hiring 33% faster. Our partnership with Celonis continues, supporting their growth across Europe, LATAM, APAC and the USA.
