A Global {M} Consultant was brought on to assist Hadean with the growth of their teams, targeting to find 1-2 new employees across hard to fill positions, such as Game Developers, DevOps Engineer, OS Developers and Linux | Infrastructure Specialists.


Hadean is an early stage startup that required intensive searching and headhunting of niche, high quality candidates that could fit the culture and wanted to be part of a fast-growing startup in the gaming space. The project is very much still ongoing after the contract has been renewed 3 times, due to the success of the work done.


We integrated Glen, a Talent Partner, who implemented recruitee (CRM platform). After a week of onsite meetings getting acquainted with the hiring team and key decision makers, we went on to search for quality fits that could be proposed to the team. After the first screening, we organised video calls with the candidates to prepare them for the coming interviews.

The onsite recruitment model implemented for this project allowed weekly meetings with the hiring manager, which is key for the Talent Partner to analyse the requirements and perfect the search for appropriate candidates.


The results during the duration of this project have been positive. So far Hadean has saved 30% in costs thanks to a successful onsite recruitment model. Also, there have been 17 hires across a diverse number of positions such as System Engineer, Unreal Engineer, Bioinformatics Engineers, Backend Game Developer, SDK Engineer, Agile Delivery Manager, Distributed Systems Performance Engineer, DevOps Engineer, and a Biomolecular Modelling Research Engineer.
