The process
We embedded a Global M Talent Acquisition Partner from our Barcelona hub into bsport’s team, integrating with their Teamtailor ATS and internal workflows. Acting as an extension of the business, we managed sourcing, screening, and the recruitment process through to offer negotiation, while ensuring alignment with weekly reports and syncs.
Our results
In 8 months, we made 12 hires across France and Spain, including Senior Backend Engineers, Engineering Managers, Fullstack Engineers, and Senior Mobile Engineers. With the project still ongoing, more hires are in the pipeline. Our partnership has strengthened bsport’s technical teams while ensuring an efficient and scalable recruitment process.
