Baker’s Floor & Surface was looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultancy that could fully understand their specific needs. IApproach

The experienced Talent Acquisition team from the Global M team was responsible for the active sourcing and screening of candidates. We made sure that only the best talent moved to the next stages.We identified suitable candidates across the market and approached them on behalf of the company, increasing their level of interest in the project.

Challenge

During the hiring process, the Talent Acquisition Partner worked closely with the executive team to ensure the culture and values were aligned. After realigning with the managers on the main requirements for each role, our main challenge was to fill all roles with the best talent. A data-driven approach allowed us to find an optimal balance between the number of candidates sourced and the many accepted offers.

Results achieved

Global M successfully filled 10 roles across India, Philippines, Brazil, Columbia, Argentina. Leveraging our extensive network and industry insights, we identified and presented 40+ candidates.
