The process
An embedded Talent Acquisition Partner worked directly with the internal TA team and business leaders in Frankfurt and Luxembourg. Leveraging access to client systems and branding, we managed the full hiring lifecycle—sourcing, referrals, and direct applications—while ensuring a data-led, candidate-focused approach.
Our results
In just 3 months, we submitted 25 candidates, supported 15 final interviews, and secured 8 hires across SAP CRM, ABAP, Fiori, FI/CO, and Solution Architecture roles. Our placements have grown into senior roles, actively supporting Deutsche Börse’s move to the public cloud for finance.
