About our client
Ohpen is a fintech company offering a fully cloud-based core banking platform for mortgages, loans, savings, investments, and pensions. Their SaaS platform enables financial institutions to digitise operations, cut IT costs, and adapt to regulatory change through scalable, API-first technology.

The process
Our Talent Partner embedded with Ohpen’s internal team, managing direct applications and outbound sourcing under the Ohpen brand. We collaborated with hiring managers to define roles, align on cultural fit, and deliver strong candidate experiences through structured feedback and tailored outreach.
Our results
Over 6 months, we submitted 102 CVs, resulting in 12 final interviews and 12 offers. 3 hires were successfully made into technical roles in Barcelona, while our Talent Partner helped refine the recruitment process and strengthen Ohpen’s talent pipeline for future hiring.
