The process
Our team integrated with Adevinta’s ATS (Smart Recruiters), optimising candidate communication and fast-tracking interview-to-offer pipelines. We built talent maps covering Barcelona and key European markets, aligning with hiring managers and HR for smooth offer management and contractual support.
Our results
Over 12 months, we sourced and pre-screened candidates resulting in 42 hires across roles such as Data Engineer, Staff Data Engineer, Data Scientist, ML Engineer, DevOps, Back End Engineer, and Product Manager.
