Global{M} worked with the Founder at Ketchup, a digital startup in Berlin. Created in Berlin with the purpose of digitalising training for the finance and insurance industry.

Its mission is to support people and companies to acquire new skills, expand existing competencies and develop themselves both personally and professionally through constant learning.

Global{M} worked with the founder to build a remote technology team to create the SaaS platform. The roles included a variety of technology positions: Senior Backend (ruby), Senior Frontend, and Senior Fullstack.

Why Global {M}

Global{M} was well suited to Ketchup’s project, understanding the needs of business, and the market in which they operate, providing quick and effective recruitment support,  and ensuring a great hiring experience. 

Challenge

Ketchup needed support in building a remote technology team. They wanted to create a high-performing development hub, within the +1 or 2 hours time difference from Berlin.

Approach

The Talent Partner created the recruitment structure; the interview process, and the sourcing strategy, and defined a communication plan to ensure an efficient way of working.

Global{M} Talent Partner worked closely with the Founder of KetchUp to define the recruitment process, utilizing Trello as an Applicant Tracking System for data analysis and communication. The Talent Partner managed all the interviews and offers, helping the Founder to grow the company.

Results

10 final interviews, 5 offers, and around 4 people hired in 2 months.
