The Talent Partner had full access to Ironhack\u2019s ATS, Lever, and used it as the central hub for all recruitment activities \u2014 managing internal and direct applicants, as well as referrals. Communication was facilitated through Slack and Notion.io, with weekly syncs held with key stakeholders to centralise updates, improve collaboration, and increase transparency across the business.<\/p>\n
Given the high volume of candidates, the Global M Talent Partner implemented a data-driven recruitment approach over a seven-month period, ensuring efficient processes and informed decision-making.<\/p>\n
The Talent Partner operated both as a delivery engine and as a quality guardian for the interview process. Acting as a trusted consultant, they worked closely with the VP of Product on a daily basis to ensure hiring deadlines were met and budget objectives maintained.<\/p>\n
