It’s always hard to find a platform where you can centralise all your Business Development, Account Management and Recruitment Processes. One of the key principles that we stick to when providing our services is data-driven recruitment<\/a>. To store, track and analyse all the information, we decided to implement a platform that will be tailored to our needs.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n

There are many ATS’s and CRMs on the market, but due to the nature of our business and the variety of data that we use, we decided to create a customised workspaces in Airtable<\/a>. Airtable enables any team to create apps on top of shared data and power their most critical and unique workflows. We use Airtable as our internal ATS. We work with many clients simultaneously, so Airtable gives us a full overview of our progress for each project. We use Airtable to list our team members and manage their access to all our apps, including Airtable, and the Airtable dashboards we use for their clients. Airtable is a great solution for our Job Portal, we built a nice functionality that helps us publish the roles of our clients that we currently work with and our internal vacancies.
