S\u00e9 que ha comenzado su carrera en la industria financiera, \u00bfc\u00f3mo fue unirse a Global{M} y pasar al sector de Adquisici\u00f3n de Talento?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Son sectores diferentes y definitivamente he disfrutado trabajando en ambos. Agradezco la oportunidad de haber trabajado en diferentes entornos (corporativo y start-up). En t\u00e9rminos generales, las habilidades y conocimientos que aprend\u00ed en el camino han sido transferibles. Esto signific\u00f3 que cuando se trataba de un cambio de industria, no necesariamente me asust\u00f3, el desaf\u00edo me entusiasm\u00f3 y estoy agradecido de que Global{M} confiara en m\u00ed para asumir este desaf\u00edo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Me encanta trabajar con personas y trabajar con nuevas empresas. Siento que Global{M} y Talent Acquisition son perfectos para m\u00ed en este momento.<\/p><cite>ellie panadero<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-color has-text-color\">2. \u00bfQu\u00e9 est\u00e1s haciendo en Global{M} ahora? \u00bfTus principales responsabilidades? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comenc\u00e9 en Global{M} como soporte de C-suite, luego asum\u00ed el rol de HR &amp; Operations Executive. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Operacionalmente<\/strong>Superviso todos los proyectos, apoyo el liderazgo y me comunico con la alta gerencia regularmente para desarrollar objetivos operativos. Para m\u00ed es importante mantener una comunicaci\u00f3n constante entre la gerencia, el personal y los clientes. Conduzco los OKR de toda la empresa y lidero, motivo y apoyo al equipo donde sea necesario.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sobre el <strong>Gerente de Recursos Humanos<\/strong> Por otro lado, generalmente soy la persona a la que acudir para todos los asuntos relacionados con los empleados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunas de mis funciones implican;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Gestionar las actividades del personal\u00a0<\/li><li>Apoyar con los esfuerzos de reclutamiento y retenci\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Gesti\u00f3n del proceso de Onboarding<\/li><li>Mantener y desarrollar procedimientos internos efectivos.<\/li><li>Supervisi\u00f3n completa de la gesti\u00f3n del desempe\u00f1o y la capacitaci\u00f3n y el desarrollo<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-color has-text-color\">3. \u00bfCu\u00e1l es tu secreto multitarea?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Esta es mi forma de vida y, aunque no hay ning\u00fan secreto como tal, mi consejo para una multitarea exitosa es: priorizaci\u00f3n y buena gesti\u00f3n del tiempo \u23f0<\/p><cite>ellie panadero<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Tiendo a dividir las tareas en partes peque\u00f1as y priorizarlas en consecuencia.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mis consejos para una multitarea efectiva ser\u00edan;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Prioriza tus tareas y div\u00eddelas en partes manejables. <\/li><li>Preste toda su atenci\u00f3n a la tarea en cuesti\u00f3n: cuando una tarea est\u00e1 completa, toda la energ\u00eda emocional relacionada con esa tarea debe liberarse.<\/li><li>Establezca marcos de tiempo espec\u00edficos para la finalizaci\u00f3n de tareas: una buena gesti\u00f3n del tiempo es clave y para ayudar a evitar la sensaci\u00f3n de que siempre se est\u00e1 atrasando, programe sus tareas y agregue tiempo de &quot;b\u00fafer&quot;.<\/li><li>Sea efectivo cambiando sombreros y cambiando de equipo.<\/li><li>\u00a1Mantente positivo \ud83d\ude03 y Agenda TODO! \ud83e\uddd8\ud83c\udffb\u200d\u2640\ufe0f\ud83e\uddd8\ud83c\udffd<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-color has-text-color\">4. \u00bfC\u00f3mo es ser Ejecutiva de Recursos Humanos y Operaciones y madre de dos hijos? \u00bfAlg\u00fan consejo sobre c\u00f3mo construir una carrera y dirigir una familia al mismo tiempo?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a1Felicitaciones a todos los padres que trabajan! I know that you have started your career in the Finance industry, what was it like to join Global{M} and move into the Talent Acquisition sector?<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>They are different sectors and I have definitely enjoyed working within both. I am grateful for the opportunity to have worked in different environments (corporate &amp; start-up). Generally speaking, the skills and knowledge I learned along the way have been transferable. This has meant that when it came to an Industry switch, it didn't necessarily scare me, the challenge excited me, and I am thankful that Global{M} trusted me to take on this challenge!<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:quote -->\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>I absolutely love working with people and working with start-ups. What are you doing at Global{M} now? Your main responsibilities? <\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>I started at Global{M} as C-suite support, later taking on the role of HR &amp; Operations Executive. <\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>Operationally<\/strong>, I have oversight of all projects, support leadership &amp; communicate with upper management regularly to develop operational goals. It is important for me to maintain constant communication between management, staff, and clients. I drive the company-wide OKRs &amp; Lead, motivate, and support the team wherever needed.\u00a0<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>On the <strong>HR Manager<\/strong> side, I am generally the go-to person for all employee-related issues.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Some of my duties involve;<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:list -->\n<ul><li>Managing staff activities\u00a0<\/li><li>Supporting with recruiting and retention efforts<\/li><li>Management of the Onboarding process<\/li><li>Maintaining and developing effective internal procedures<\/li><li>Full oversight of performance management and training &amp; development<\/li><\/ul>\n<!-- \/wp:list -->\n\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":30} -->\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<!-- \/wp:spacer -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph {\"textColor\":\"accent\"} -->\n<p class=\"has-accent-color has-text-color\">3. What is your multitasking secret?<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:quote -->\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>This is my way of life and whilst there is no secret as such, my advice to successful multitasking is - prioritisation and good time management \u23f0<\/p><cite>Ellie Baker<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n<!-- \/wp:quote -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><br>I tend to break down tasks into bite-size chunks and prioritise them accordingly.\u00a0<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>My tips for effective multi-tasking would be;<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:list -->\n<ul><li>Prioritise your tasks &amp; break them down into manageable chunks. <\/li><li>Give your full attention to the task at hand - \u200b\u200bwhen a task is complete, all emotional energy related to that task should be released.<\/li><li>Set specific time frames for task completion - good time management is key and to help avoid feeling like you're always running behind, schedule your tasks and add \"buffer\" time.<\/li><li>Be effective at switching hats and changing gear.<\/li><li>Stay positive \ud83d\ude03 and Schedule EVERYTHING! \ud83e\uddd8\ud83c\udffb\u200d\u2640\ufe0f\ud83e\uddd8\ud83c\udffd<\/li><\/ul>\n<!-- \/wp:list -->\n\n<!-- wp:spacer {\"height\":30} -->\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<!-- \/wp:spacer -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph {\"textColor\":\"accent\"} -->\n<p class=\"has-accent-color has-text-color\">4.
