How Global {M} was able to support in scaling Typeform's software engineering team

Background: A Barcelona-based online software as a service company that specializes in online form building and online surveys. Its main software creates dynamic forms based on user needs. Typeform’s software has been used by Apple Inc., Airbnb, Uber and Nike, Inc. Typeform produces millions of forms every month.
Type of project: Three onsite and remote Talent Partners 


The much loved, and renowned Saas business was looking to scale its technology team to keep up with demand, consolidating their leading market position in Europe, as well as looking to expand further into America.


With over €50 million in funding, and 2.5 million users, Typeform wanted to scale their software engineering team to keep up with consumer demand. Our aim was deliver two to five hires per calendar month, in order to achieve this our team created a structured sourcing strategy, this enabled us to identify and deliver a predetermined about of relevant software engineering profiles. With the use of data, and alongside the internal Talent Acquisition team at Typeform, we identified bottlenecks and helped shorten the time-to-hire.


We integrated two remote Talent Partners, who implemented a sourcing strategy and who were on-boarded directly onto Greenhouse, the ATS allowing them quick, and easy access to the Typeform team. Daily stand-ups in the morning were arranged to get communication efficient and follow up on the candidate pipeline we created. Being onsite 1 week per month allowed us to understand the company culture quickly and to be available to advise our Typeform on the recruitment processes. Using Trello board and weekly reports, were essential to us in order to give full visibility to Typeform Stakeholders. 

Due to the success Typeform decided to take another consultant raising the number of Global {M} consultants to three.
